N Grapes: Montepulciano 100% The Rosato Emidio Pepe is a rosé wine made from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes vinified in white , the grapes are then pressed with the feet and fermentation takes place without contact with the skins. The Rosato Emidio Pepe goes well with first courses, even structured ones, with second courses of fish and vegetable soups.
