Dried tomato pate is probably the most versatile paste: could be used from bruschetta to panzerotti, on bread and croutons, for sophisticated first courses and salads and gourmet sandwiches. And even for soups.
Our advice? Try it on a slice of homemade bread with a drizzle of oil to feel the actual taste of Mediterranean!
