CESARONI SPARKLING WHITE WINE

Grape varietal: Verdicchio and Chardonnay

Alcohol content 11% VOL.


Vinification
Early, mechanical harvesting; soft pressing, racking and fermentation under controlled cool temperature. Natural refermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature.


Tasting notes
Pale lemon color, crystalline with a quick and lively froth. Supplì and delicate bouquet with floral and fruity notes of green apple and fresh celery. On the palate is dry, fresh with pleasantly vegetable notes and a light persistent fresh almond aftertaste. Serve at 8-10° C.

A full-bodied wine with fresh acidity, to be enjoyed young. Gives its best if consumed within the first year of age.

Pairings
Very good with fresh summer dishes such as mixed bean salads, hard-boiled eggs, vegetable pies, rice salads, celery with soft cheese, sweet ham, pizza margherita, croutons and raw tomato. Excellent served as an aperitif.
