Ingredients: mixed cow cheeses (42% of the total - pasteurized whole milk, salt, lactic enzymes, rennet, preservative: e251); eggs, bread crumbles, wheat flour, water, salt, brewer's yeast, parsley, leavening agent: baking soda, salt. Fried in sunflower seed oil.

An emblem of Abruzzo cuisine, our Pallotte (also known as meatless meatballs being made of cheese, eggs and breadcrumbs) come already fried and hermetically packaged for your own convenience. To be heated dipped in one of our sauces (the original recipe requires tomato sauce, but you can be more experimental if you wish so!). Especially heavenly with our truffle sauce.
